We provide free or low cost services and guidance to the elderly.
In addition, we offer an online directory and resource guide that
lists various housing, product and service providers. Our national hotline,
the Elder Info Line, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our
senior members and those with vision limitations. The SCB provides
online help for caregivers, information for the elderly and assistance for
depression in the elderly. |
The Senior Citizens Bureau offers its services and resources on
a national basis. Individuals are encouraged to contact us regarding
our services from any location. Even more convenient is our 24-hour
hotline, which can be utilized to access and learn more about
many services at any time. The SCB hopes to implement individual
branches in various cities throughout the U.S. and Canada. If
you are interested in helping us to expand our services and in
management of your own branch, please call 1-866-408-0824 or e-mail
us at director@seniorcitizensbureau.com. Online help for caregivers, information for the elderly and help with depression in the elderly.
Our main goal and vision is to make the lives of seniors
adults easier by assisting them in as many areas
as possible. We are the one stop information shop
for the senior community. With our assistance, seniors and their
caregivers will no longer have to go through the extensive and
time-consuming task of researching product and service providers.
We have a passion to protect senior
adults, and are more than happy to lead them in the right direction.
Should a problem arise, the Senior Citizens Bureau accepts
complaints and will provide dispute resolution to the best of
our ability.

TESTIMONIALS |
"After coming home exhausted from work one night,
I realized that I needed to find a nursing home for
my mother to stay in as my husband and I were planning
to move to Canada. I didn't have the patience or the
time to order a catalog and I definitely didn't want
to just take a chance. I called the Elder Info Line
and got all the information I needed on facilities
in my area - like years in business, background, accreditation
status, phone number, locations and was even transferred
to the nursing home. One phone call saved me so much
time. Thank you!"
- Jessica Ratcliffe, Ontario Canada
Im a very independent senior and
I still live at home. I have a home-health aide
who I pay to help with basic things such as cooking,
cleaning, reminding me to take my meds, etc. In
March, I decided to move closer to my grandkids
in Ohio. I needed a list of home healthcare agencies
in the area. I called your hotline and was able
to get a great list with all the details. This is
unique and should have been around a long time ago.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Ruby Taylor, Dayton Ohio

We have been spreading the word of this new hotline
like wild fire. Since its inception, we have received
hundreds of calls from seniors wanting more information
and brochures. They just love it! Keep up the good
work. Were here to back you!
