David Levy David J Levy, JD CCE

David Levy is a recognized expert in non-clinical family caregiving. His specializes in complicated family caregiving issues arising from aging, chronic illness, dysfunctional family dynamics and disability. With nearly twenty years in the field, Mr. Levy has founded a number of companies, including AdultCare (1990) - the first national company devoted exclusively to the support, education and well being of families with a loved one insured through long term care insurance policies.

Mr. Levy holds a BA in Constitutional Law from Wilkes University, Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Brooklyn Law School, Masters in Geriatric Care Management, Nationally Certified as a Caregiver Educator and Trainer from AACE and has Advanced Certification with Highest Honors in Gerontology from FAU. Mr. Levy is a licensed State of Florida Eldercare Mediator and Family Mediator and offers pro bono services to local not-for-profit agencies.

Recognized as an expert in geriatric psychology, intergenerational communication and extended life expectancy, he is the author of several publications, including his book: How To Say It To Seniors: Closing the Communication Gap with our Elders.

Stefanie Elkins is the Leeza Care Advocate for the Leeza’s Place in Sherman Oaks, California. Stefanie’s earliest volunteer memory was calling out bingo numbers at a senior facility and bringing a smile to the faces of seniors even if it was for just a second. Sincethat time Stefanie has made it her personal and professional mission to empower and educate individuals on how they can make a difference in their own lives and the lives ofothers. Stefanie is very excited and humbled to be part of the Leeza’s Gibbon’s Memory Foundation family and understands that caregivers, especially individuals with family members faced with a memory disorders experience a challenging, scary and emotional road ahead. Stefanie is looking forward to being a resource and friend for caregivers and their loved ones and to remind the families that there is a Life after Diagnosis.

Tammy Glenn was eight years old when a tragic accident disabled her mother. Molly Dworken has over 10 years of experience working with senior adults. From hands on activities to Information and Referral she has provided a large array of services to the mature adult community. Molly has worked in advocacy and as a part of teams and also has found success working as a hands-on leader. Currently, she works with the National Council on Aging (NCOA), to build long term partnerships and relationships with other organizations serving the senior community.

Cathy also has over 10 years experience working with seniors in continuing care retirement communities (CCRC's), assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing.
